Residents of the Texan capital Austin react to the inauguration of the new Tesla "gigafactory" in Elon Musk's adopted home state of Texas.
"It's a great day for Texas," assures Courtlan Ross, an Austin native and real estate investor who is excited about the idea of property prices rising, thanks to the influx of tech companies to his state. The opening is a "good thing," also believes Davis Galassini, a junior analyst. "I'm a fan of Elon Musk for the most part and I think it'll provide a lot of jobs."
