As Brussels decides to close European ports to Russian ships, a Russian three-masted ship, the Shtandart, is anchored in Port-de-Bouc, near Marseille. This boat is not the yacht of an oligarch: it is a three-masted school ship, which is hosting, among others, two Ukrainian refugees, and has decided to fly the Ukrainian flag.
