Speaking to reporters in front of a power station near the town of Shchastia, which used to be under Kyiv's control, the leader of the separatist Lugansk People's Republic, Leonid Pasechnik, claims that the separatists control most of Ukraine's Lugansk region. The separatist leader was speaking to journalists, including AFP correspondents, during a trip organised by the Russian army to the Donbas territories recently taken from Ukraine.
