A factory in the Kyiv region that made missiles the Ukrainian army said it had used to strike the Russian cruiser Moskva was hit overnight by a Russian strike, AFP reporters witnessed the following morning. A factory workshop and an office building next to it in the town of Vychneve, some 30 kilometres southwest of the Ukrainian capital, were badly damaged, according to AFP correspondents.
