Hundreds of demonstrators took to the streets in the Peruvian capital Lima to demand justice for a three-year-old girl in Chiclayo who was kidnapped and raped. Protesters called for life imprisonment or death penalty for the perpetrator.
Peruvian President Pedro Castillo said on Saturday that his government is considering to impose mandatory chemical castration for rapists of minors. IMAGES AND SOUNDBITES
