People attend a preview of the 2022 Venice Biennale ahead of the opening of the exhibition's 59th edition on the 23rd of April. The exhibition is led by Italian curator Cecilia Alemani, who says she wants to include more female artists to compensate for the "great preponderance of male artists" in previous editions.
