India's state-owned insurance giant LIC's initial public offering – the country's largest-ever – will open next week, but at a reduced size amid recent market turmoil. An analyst said the IPO, originally slated for March, was delayed because of Russia-Ukraine conflict, "with too many uncertainties floating around," and called the move "pragmatic".
