Prosecutor Tom Laitinen reacts to the verdict after a Finnish court acquitted a man on charges of war crimes during the Liberian civil war two decades ago. Gibril Massaquoi, 52, was found not guilty of atrocities in Liberia's civil war, including rapes, ritual murders and the recruitment of child soldiers. Massaquoi, a Sierra Leonean national, moved to Finland in 2008 and was arrested in 2020 after a civil rights group investigated his war record. SOUNDBITES
