The camp of presidential candidate Leni Robredo has filed a libel complaint against a news organisation over unproven allegations that Communist Party founder Joma Maria Sison was advising her campaign. Robredo's spokesperson Barry Gutierrez calls the allegations "completely false" and says the disinformation against Robredo -- who is far second in the polls -- has hurt her presidential campaign.
