Paris is planning to renovate the gardens around the Champs-Elysées and reduce the number of cars around the Arc de Triomphe to make itself ready for 2024 Olympic Games, announced the mayor of the capital Anne Hidalgo at the launch of the urban transformation project "Re-enchanting the Champs-Elysees".
