The head of the International Labour Organisation (ILO) office in Qatar, Max Tunon, says the World Cup has "accelerated" a number of reforms to improve the life of hundreds of thousands of workers who have now better conditions and wages, yet he admits there is still work to be done and many "have not yet fully benefited from the reforms".
