Italy has proposed to the United Nations an "international facilitation group" to try to achieve a ceasefire in Ukraine, Italian Foreign Minister Luigi Di Maio says. Di Maio tells reporters following a Council of Europe meeting in Turin that he has discussed the plan with UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres during a visit to New York on Wednesday, and also issued it to G7 Sherpas.
