Within three years, nearly 160,000 farms will have to be taken over in France, and the milk sector is struggling to find a qualified workforce to meet the challenges. In order to attract young people and encourage them to take over, an experimental farm has been set up near Paris. It helps them to face the challenges of the profession, including climate change.
