Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu and his Palestinian counterpart Riyad al-Maliki sign nine new cooperation agreements during a joint press conference in Ramallah. Turkey's top diplomat will meet Israeli officials, the latest step in a diplomatic thaw between Ankara and the Jewish state.
