Delegates at the African Elephant conference in Hwange, Zimbabwe press for legalising the ivory trade, who are argue that there are downsides to having too elephants.
"Local communities who are living with these elephants, they do not see tangible benefits," says one delegate.
"For us to convince (them) that they must just continue with conserving elephants without getting benefits, it's quite a challenge."
