Description
People lay flowers at the foot of Grenfell Tower in London, which is still shrouded in tarpaulin, to honour the 72 people who perished in Britain's worst residential fire since World War II. Five years on, emotions remain raw about the treatment of survivors and the bereaved, some of whom have yet to be permanently rehoused. Artist Tuesday Greenidge, whose daughter survived the fire, is sewing a giant memorial quilt with volunteers at a west London library in memory of the victims.
