James Mallios, the managing partner at Amali restaurant in New York City, worries about the rising cost of food items and whether it will impact his business in the long run. "I am shocked at how seemingly out of control it seems to be," Mallios tells AFP. "There doesn't seem to be a real concerted effort to get inflation and the supply chain under control."
