On the first day of a trip to Kigali, which is hosting a Commonwealth summit this week, British Prime minister Boris Johnson announces 'preferential trade system' for 65 developing countries including Rwanda and 17 other Commonwealth members from July 6th. He also annouces a 160-million-pounds investment in hydro power in Africa, creating an additional 80,000 jobs.
