At least 16 people died and 59 were wounded as the result of a Russian missile hit on a shopping mall in the city of Kremenchuk, Ukrainian authorities say. Oleksandr Schulimov, who was working at the mall when the missile hit the building, says "I started to crawl, and I saw a beam of light, a sun ray. My brain turned on, and I started to crawl out. I turned around, and behind me everything was on fire and exploding." Responding to claims made by Moscow that the target of the atttack was a military infrastructure, he adds that "we don’t have, and never had no weapons, no military infrastructure, no Western weapons here.
