"I think that Paolo should be completely acquitted, but both him and I are in essential part satisfied with the outcome" explains the lawyer of the Italian surgeon who was found guilty of causing bodily harm to a patient, but cleared of assault charges by a Swedish court. Björn Hurtig, Macchiarini's lawyer lawyer, says his client and him haven't yet decided whether they will appeal the decision.
