Description
The restaurant KOKS has relocated for two seasons from the Faroe Islands to Greenland, and has managed to hold on to it's two Michelin stars. Customers taste a variety of local products from whale skin to an arctic bird whose entire wing including feathers is presented on the plate as "fingerfood". Head chef Poul Andrias Ziska said the move to Greenland allows the team "to do something completely different". IMAGES AND SOUNDBITES
