[GRAPHIC CONTENT] Police in Kharkiv say at least three civilians have been killed and five others injured after Russia bombed parts of Ukraine's second largest city. Police say a rocket hit a residential area and that all of those killed were standing on the street. Several fires broke out after the shelling, in which a house, parking lot and industrial area were hit.
