Description
"I think that politicians expected us to come up with a magic formula. Well, no, that's unfortunately not the case": Jean-Marc Fromentin, one of the co-authors of a United Nations report on the state of the world's biodiversity, is adamant that the problem of dioversity loss has no easy solution. The report, which Fromentin and zoologist John Donaldson worked on together, highlights that rampant exploitation of nature is a threat to the billions of people across the world who rely on wild species for food, energy and income.
