Tete Antonio, Angola's current Minister of External Relations, hails the deceased ex-President Jose Eduardo dos Santos at the hospital where he spent his last days, calling him a "son of Angola and son of Africa" and for his compatriots to "honour the memory of what he was". Dos Santos, who ruled Angola with an iron fist for 38 years, died on Friday in Barcelona after suffering cardiac arrest, the government said. He was 79. IMAGES
