Description
"I was putting like $80 a day, but today I can put 60, it's a little bit better," says driver Rigobert Fokoua while filling his tank at a gas station in Rockville, Maryland, as US gasoline prices have fallen from historic highs earlier in the summer. "Yeah, it's gone down quite a bit. And I think that it will go down more," says local resident Shirley Turpen as she gets $25 worth of gas. Since hitting an all-time high of $5.016 a gallon on June 14, prices have fallen the last 35 days amid rising worries over economic growth and an easing in the physical crude oil market.
