A Taiwanese delegation led by the President of the Taiwanese Parliament You Si-kun arrives in Vilnius, Lithuania. The head of Taiwanese group called the EU member "courageous" for having agreed to the opening of a de facto embassy of Taiwan in Vilnius last year, an affront to Beijing's one-China policy.
