Tens of thousands of people participate in the Berlin Pride March, also known as Christopher Street Day. In a festive atmosphere, participants march all afternoon towards the Brandenburg Gate under the slogan "United in Love - Against hate, war and discrimination". An initial figure from the police estimated 150,000 participants, while the organisers recorded 500,000 registrants. IMAGES AND SOUNDBITES
