Description
The inhabitants of Filandia, a municipality in western Colombia, emigrated to the United States for decades in search of the American dream. Today, thanks to the strong devaluation of the peso against the dollar, its inhabitants are building, renovating their homes and setting up businesses thanks to the bonanza of remittances from their relatives.
