Somali MPs meet at parliament to approve Prime Minister Hamza Abdi Barre's 75-member cabinet, which includes a former Al-Shabaab deputy leader, Mukhtar Robow (also known as Abu Mansur) who is sworn in as minister for religion, alongside others.
