Description
Isabelle Dorliat-Pouzet, deputy prefect of Evreux, mentioned the possibility of "moving back into the sea" the four-metre long beluga whale spotted in France's River Seine since last Tuesday. The cetacean is currently stranded in a lock in the town of Notre-Dame-de-la-Garenne, in the French department of Eure in Normandy.
