A Colombian government delegation is in Cuba’s Havana to examine the possibility of restarting peace talks with the National Liberation Army (ELN). "We aspire to resume talks with the National Liberation Army (ELN) in this land of peace, in order to begin the path proposed by President Petro to achieve total peace," Colombian Foreign Minister Alvaro Leyva tells the press, alongside his Cuban counterpart, Bruno Rodriguez, who expresses his country's willingness to support this process.
