Angry tourists and merchants from near the Inca citadel protest against authorities' limiting access to Machu Picchu. The heart of the problem, according to protestors, is that tickets to enter Machu Picchu were only being sold in the nearby city of Cusco -- and not in Aguas Calientes (Machu Picchu Pueblo).
