German Chancellor Olaf Scholz arrives to testify for a second time to a parliamentary committee in Hamburg, which is probing whether local political figures helped a private bank to avoid paying back falsely claimed tax rebates. Scholz denies helping M. M. Warburg to avoid paying back millions in tax rebates claimed under a huge fraud scam as he answered to a committee investigating the scandal. IMAGES
