Male giant panda cub Xiao Qi Ji celebrates his second birthday with a special fruitsicle cake, made with apples, pears and sweet potatoes, at the Smithsonian's National Zoo in Washington, DC. He was born during the Covid-19 pandemic as a result of the artificial insemination of his mother Mei Xiang, and his name means "little miracle" in Mandarin Chinese. IMAGES
