Images show the aftermath of shelling near administrative buildings in Kharkiv in eastern Ukraine. According to Kharkiv mayor Igor Terekhov, ordinary people volunteers who love their city have come out to help come out to municipal service workers with the cleanup. "The fact that we are under constant shelling does not mean that the city does not need to be cleaned," Terekhov says.
