Description
For years, Jackson, the capital of the southern state of Mississippi, has been experiencing drinking water problems, to the point that the US army has been called in this week to distribute water bottles. Local resident Tracey Edwards has been living here for over 30 years. He explains how he uses bleach to deal with the lack of clean running water. 82.5% of Jackson's population is black, and according to him, a drinking water crisis like this would not last as long in a white town.
