Several hundred motorcyclists are gathered in front of Paris' city hall to protest against paid parking for two-wheelers, including motobikes and scooters, in the capital. "People most affected by this policy are people from the middle or even lower social strata, who have no choice but to live outside Paris" says Samy Picard, member of the FFMC Paris (French federation of angry bikers).
