French right-wing Republican leaders say they will not vote on the budget this fall in Parliament, despite the majority's offer to discuss the document in advance. "To vote on a budget would be in some way to adhere to this record. Never for me." states Eric Ciotti, a right-wing member of parliament and candidate for the presidency of the Republicans.
