Chileans reacted with joy and sadness to the constitutional plebiscite results, with more than 99 percent of votes counted, the reject camp led with almost 62 percent compared to just over 38 percent for those in favor.
"Those who wrote this constitution did not represent us at all," says one resident. Another voter, however, says she doesn't feel positive about the results: "I really do not believe that the new process that will emerge from this is better than the one that was rejected now." IMAGES AND SOUNDBITES
