As the new school year starts in the Democratic Republic of Congo, children in some territories are unable to return to schools housing those displaced by the ongoing M23 war (March 23 Movement). This is the case in Rutshuru, North Kivu, where several public schools - their classrooms now acting as homes for those displaced - are inaccessible to students.
