French President Emmanuel Macron believes that the political forces who declined the invitation to the launch of the 'National Council of Refoundation' (CNR) are "wrong", but assures that "the door will always be open" for further discussions. The CNR, a deliberative body envisioned by the French president is aimed at briging together political, social, economic and associative forces to revitalize democracy. SOUNDBITE
