Civil defence, national guard and Bolivarian police officers make the 'victory' gesture after locating 16 people reported missing by relatives on August 22 in a mountainous area of western Venezuela. The group, made up of two Catholic families, had departed from La Grita, a town of about 90,000 inhabitants in the state of Tachira, bordering Colombia, for a family "spiritual retreat".
