Members of the public queue overnight, many of them camping in the line, along London's riverbank for the chance to see Queen Elizabeth II lying in state in Westminster Hall. "The queen reigned for 70 years and we've just given up a day" says one would-be viewer who had come from Surrey for the occasion.
