From the sound of insects to the stream of a river, and noises of planes or machinery, French sound artist Guillaume Rouseré showcases Qatar in immersive sound installations. His latest creation, "The world as we know it is changing" at the Mathaf museum in Doha's Education City is set to run during the World Cup. Based in the Gulf state for 9 years, Rouseré says he's Qatar's sole sound artist, a fact that has its ups and down. IMAGES AND SOUNDBITES ARRANGED IN SEQUENCES
