Brazil President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva says it is "urgent and necessary" that the Mercosur trade bloc reaches an agreement with the European Union. Lula makes the comments during a press conference with Uruguay President Luis Lacalle Pou on a visit in the neighbouring country, as Montevideo continues trade negotiations with China. SOUNDBITE
