The Russian foreign minister Sergei Lavrov, speaks at a press conference after a bilateral meeting with Angola's president, Joao Lourenco. Lavrov is on his second visit to Africa in six months, as part of a tour of the continent aimed at drumming support for Russia. IMAGES AND SOUNDBITES
