German Foreign Minister, Annalena Baerbock, calls for a special tribunal to prosecute Russian leaders over the invasion of Ukraine. Speaking in The Hague, Baerbock calls for a "new format" that will "strengthen the international criminal court" and "derive its jurisdiction from Ukrainian criminal law". "There must be no special path for one country" she says.
