About twenty Kurds gather in front of the Ministry of Culture to honour the memory of Mir Perwer, a Kurdish singer assassinated in Paris during the attack that left three people dead on Friday 23 December 2022. A friend of the singer blames the killing on "Turkish state terrorism", although French investigators have not given any indication of Ankara's involvement. IMAGES AND SOUNDBITES
