A suspect is in custody after a 16-year-old teenager was fatally stabbed Monday morning outside his high school in Thiais, on the outskirts of Paris. The suspect "is known to the justice system for a series of acts of aggravated violence and participation in an armed gathering," says Créteil prosecutor Stéphane Hardouin at a press briefing.
