Hong Kong's annual Lunar New Year fair returns for the first time since the Chinese border reopening. Flower markets and stalls are set up all over the city in the week leading up to the Chinese New Year, where residents come to buy plants -- typically orchids, peach blossoms and mandarins -- to decorate their homes and offices before ushering in the year of the rabbit.
